Táimid tagtha Have! (We Have Arrived!)

On The Virg has been listed on the prestigious Blogs about:  Acquire Spiritual Guidance.  We were selected for our hard hitting investigative piece, and commentary,   Congratulations to The Church of Christ-Too Bad For the Baptists. Ken Starr, Author of the World's Most Expensive Piece of Pornography, to Leave Pepperdine for Baylor.  We could not have done it without help from our loyal readers and their comments.  I give special thanks to our contributors,.  Sally "COUGAR" Snoddy, James T. Bruce,  MacGraham,  Mr. T, and Abuelita.   The following contributors get a little credit- eileen, who is brand new and SHE. who was a stalwart for a while.  The following “contributors” get No credit, nada, zip- Orv who hasn’t posted in years, and Mojohand, Winston and John who have done nothing except place their names as contributors for the prestige of being associated with this blog.  It’s just as well.  They are not spiritual.

Hey Virg,
Nice looking dog in the photo.
He apparently has little taste when it comes to friends.

Perhaps I don't understand....
I thought acquiring spiritual guidance required self-reflection and listening to one another...looking inward and outward. Like prayer and action.
So, to counter the heading of this blog, maybe we haven't arrived but are trying to arrive!

I thought it was about getting there-movin on up to the east side & getting a piece of the pie. Going to heaven, etc. The journey is a necessary inconvenience. Have I missed something?
