The Third Circuit was right to strike down a $550,000.00 fine for a nine-sixteenths of one second showing of Janet Jackson's bare breast. Our children will be fine. Some young children have seen bare female breasts for much longer periods and have turned out ok. However, kids should not be exposed to bigger boobs such as Michael Powell, John Ashcroft and their ilk. Their hang ups could be contageous. See, Thank Gawd For Big Gummit

Third Circuit Gives Beads To Janet Jackson and a Goose Egg To The FCC.
The Third Circuit was right to strike down a $550,000.00 fine for a nine-sixteenths of one second showing of Janet Jackson's bare breast. Our children will be fine. Some young children have seen bare female breasts for much longer periods and have turned out ok.
