Texas Appeals Court Rules That 460+ FLDS Children Should Not Have Been Removed. This is a dangerous precedent. Surely the Patriot Act removes Mormon freedoms as it did everybody else's. If courts start requiring evidence in order for the government to remove Mormon children from their parents' custody the courts may start requiring evidence before the government may imprison and/or torture suspects.
