You need a flow chart for Joe Biden, which would be real simple. Whatever sounds good at the moment. For instance, Josephine said, in response to Sarah Palin's recommendation of a surge in Afghanistan, that the US commander in Afghanistan said a surge would not work. Virg, I wondered at that and spent about two seconds, during the debate, to google it, and found this, which flat contradicts Josepine: http://www.iht.com/articles/2008/10/01/mideast/military.php

That's not his only "mistatement" in the debate. Anybody can sound good in a debate if he's a convincing enough liar. Worst thing about Jumpin' Joe is he probably believes his own BS.
