On This Day In 1967 Thurgood Marshall Became the First African-American Justice of United States Supreme Court.
In 1954 future justice Marshall won Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, 347 U.S. 483 (1954) which overruled Plessy v. Ferguson, 163 U.S. 537 (1896). Surely Sarah Palin disagrees with one of those decisions.
